Mark Goldston has served as a member of our Board of Directors since June 2023. Mr. Goldston has served as the Founder, Chairman and CEO of The Goldston Group, a strategic advisory and venture capital firm, since November 2013. Mr. Goldston also serves as the Co-Founder and General Partner of Athletic Propulsion Labs, LLC (“APL”), the luxury performance athletic footwear company, since March 2009. He is the Co-Founder and General Partner of Javergo Partners, a strategic advisory firm since March 2020 and has been an investor and Board member of TuneGo, Inc since 2015. 

From 1985-2013, Mark Goldston was a highly accomplished Chairman, CEO or President of major corporations and startup companies. He took two different companies public (IPO) as CEO and ran 4 different public companies. One of the longest tenured Internet CEOs as the original Chairman and CEO of both United Online (NetZero, Juno, FTD Flowers, Interflora, Classmates, MyPoints, Stayfriends, etc) and its predecessor company, NetZero from 1999-2013. He presided over a 450-fold increase in revenue, acquired 13 companies for a combined $1.1 billion, raised over $1 billion in debt, $200+ million in common equity, $144 million in strategic equity (PIPE), and returned $368 million in cash dividends to shareholders. Held Chairman, CEO, President or top marketing executive role at Revlon, Faberge/Elizabeth Arden, Reebok, LA Gear, Einstein Noah Bagel Corp., NetZero and United Online and was a former Principal at Odyssey Partners, a major private equity firm where he was on the Odyssey Partners turnaround team, one of the first of its kind in the private equity industry, overseeing the turnaround of 6 separate LBOs from 1989-1991.

Mark is one of the world’s most accomplished inventors with 112 U.S and Foreign patents issued featuring thousands of inventive claims. Mark Goldston’s patented inventions include revolutionary products in athletic footwear, algorithmic internet search, internet targeted advertising and connectivity, mobile media platforms, video caller ID, cloud-based digital media storage, file sharing and protection, metadata processes and NFT token management. 

Mark Goldston has specialized in corporate turnarounds throughout his career and is the author of a highly acclaimed business book entitled “The Turnaround Prescription-Repositioning Troubled Companies”.

Mr. Goldston received his Master of Management (MBA) from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and his undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from The Ohio State University.

He has been a Life Member of the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management Global Advisory Board since 1987 and a member of The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business Dean’s Advisory Council since 1992.

He was The Ohio State University General Commencement Speaker in 1994, the Commencement Speaker at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business MBA program in 2015 and was the Commencement Speaker at the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business in 2009. He is a fitness fanatic who trains two hours everyday year-round.

Carl Daikeler is Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Beachbody Company, a leader in digital at-home fitness and nutrition with a 20+ year record of creating innovative content and powerful brands.

A sought-after direct marketing executive early in his career, Carl shifted his focus entirely to fitness and weight loss creating the surprise breakout hit, “:08 Minute Abs”, and recognizing the enormity of the in-home fitness content opportunity. Under his leadership, Beachbody was the first to forecast a future where the home would become the dominant and legitimate fitness and nutrition hub.  With some of the most consistent success using direct marketing to acquire customers, and the earliest of social-media influencer networks, Carl uses an empirical approach to develop product, test, learn, revise and rollout.  From inception Carl was focused on ensuring that Beachbody offered the total solution to healthy weight loss and fitness by incorporating meal planning, appropriate supplementation, and community.

Leveraging his extensive product marketing and direct response experience, Carl has led the creation of the most comprehensive catalogs of compelling fitness and nutrition content in the industry, with over 1,400 unique streaming videos from world-renowned experts.  The Beachbody model integrates supplements – such as the Shakeology® line of superfood protein supplements— and a peer-support system of Team Beachbody Coaches. 

Carl also runs the Beachbody Foundation which has contributed over 10 million dollars to various organizations including International Justice Mission, Hope Of The Valley, NAACP, The Lakota Tribe, Upward Bound House, Go Campaign, and Save-A-Warrior (SAW), among others.

Driven by his background in theater, in his spare time Carl is an active producer of multiple Broadway productions, winning two Tony Awards for Hadestown and the revival of Once On This Island. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.

Kathy Vrabeck

Kathy Vrabeck is Chief Operating Officer of The Beachbody Company, where she is responsible for Digital Product, Consumer and Enterprise Technology, global Supply Chain operations, Customer Service, R&D, Security, People, and Property Management.

Kathy has over two decades of general management experience in consumer package goods and digital entertainment, and a decade of talent acquisition and advisory expertise. Before joining Beachbody she was a Senior Client Partner in the Los Angeles office of Korn Ferry, a global talent and organizational advisory firm, where she led the Consumer Digital Practice, working closely with consumer and technology clients. Prior to that, she was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, where she served as Global Sector Leader of their Media, Entertainment and Digital practice and partner-in-charge of the Los Angeles office.

Kathy has held leadership roles at Legendary Entertainment, where she served as President, Legendary Digital and was responsible for the creation, management and delivery of digital entertainment; at Electronic Arts, Inc., where she served as President, EA Casual Entertainment and led EA’s efforts in the fastest growing segments of the video game market: mobile, online, social networking and global media sales; and at Activision, Inc., where she served as President, Activision Publishing, overseeing Activision’s product development and global brand management and publishing operations. Earlier in her career, Kathy held various marketing, sales and finance positions with ConAgra, The Pillsbury Company, Quaker Oats, and Eli Lilly and Company.

She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Compensation Committee of MediaAlpha (NYSE: MAX) and as a board director for UTA Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: UTAAU). Additionally, Kathy serves as Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Trustees of DePauw University.

She graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors from DePauw University with a bachelor’s degree in French and economics. She received her MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with concentrations in marketing and finance. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys traveling with her two children and friends.

Marc Suidan

Marc Suidan is the Chief Financial Officer of The Beachbody Company, where he leads all aspects of the Finance Function, including setting long range goals, strategies and plans to drive shareholder value creation, and setting accounting policies and processes to manage and measure the financial results of the company.

Marc brings a deep background in running and transforming all aspects of Finance Function across his 25+ year career. Most recently, Marc was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he led the Global Tech, Media and Telecom M&A practice, and prior to that, he led the PwC Silicon Valley Consulting practice. He has advised over 150 deals with value exceeding $250 Billion. He has also advised corporate and private equity clients across the technology stack.

Prior to PwC, Marc was a member of McKinsey’s Technology Accelerator practice. He also built businesses from the ground up and has co-founded and sold two internet ventures. He started his career as a Controller in a food manufacturing plant, and then spent several years in public accounting.

As an advocate of community services and volunteer for youth education, Marc sits on the Board of the Silicon Valley Education Foundation and leads its Innovation Committee. Marc has worked in venture philanthropy launching education and health focused initiatives and published a paper on the benefits of technology in education.

Marc holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Management in Accounting and Finance from McGill University. He is an active CPA in Canada.

His passions outside of work are traveling the world, where he has visited over forty countries and speaks five languages. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and three children.

Michael Neimand

Michael Neimand is Division President of Network Marketing at The Beachbody Company, where he leads the company’s direct selling channel, Team Beachbody, and the division’s international expansion activity while overseeing the Coach Development, Marketing, Communications, Events and Recognition and Network Analytics teams.

Michael has more than 24 years of experience as an executive in the direct selling industry, and has helped shape Beachbody’s successful coach network since joining the Company in 2006.

Prior to Beachbody, Michael spent 11 years working at Herbalife in a number of capacities including senior management positions within Sales Strategy, International Development, Manufacturing and Administration. He’s also held various roles at London-based BAE Systems, one of the world’s leading global defense, security and aerospace companies.

Michael holds a degree in theater, film and television from the University of California, Los Angeles. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, sporadically reading multiple books at once, and falling asleep with the TV on.

Kit Boyd

Kit is Chief Supply Chain Officer of The Beachbody Company, where he leads all aspects of internal and external supply chain functions to drive the company’s growth strategies. His team, along with key partners and suppliers, deliver the highest quality nutritional and fitness products to our customers in North America and Europe every day. Kit is responsible for the development of enterprise Supply Chain strategy and its execution, including innovation and deployment, planning, sourcing, manufacturing and distribution.

Kit built his leadership and business expertise serving in executive roles across a diverse spectrum of companies spanning Automotive, Technology and Chemical sectors. Prior to joining our team, Kit was EVP and Chief Operating Officer of Neovia Logistics, formally Caterpillar logistics. Serving in a direct report capacity to the CEO and the Board of Directors, Kit brought innovation and process efficiency to help orchestrate a $760M turnaround with double digit EBITDA and led a team of almost 8,000 associates, operating 100 distribution facilities in 20 countries. He owned all aspects of the supply chain including quality, real estate, planning, and distribution. Other prior experience in senior roles include running global operations for Ingram Micro, the world’s largest information technology company with $46B in revenue; helping lead manufacturing and fulfillment for Ecolab, a fortune 500 leader in the production of specialty chemicals; and managing a variety of supply chain functions in the high tech arena with Hewlett-Packard and Compaq Computer.

As a retired military veteran, Kit served for over 20-years in the Air Force between active duty and the reserves. He spent the majority of his career with Space Command, launching satellites from delivery vehicles that included the space shuttle, Titan IV rocket, and the Delta rocket.

Kit holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, and an MBA from Chapman University. Kit resides in Orange County with his family and enjoys the ocean, hiking, and golf.
